Scope
Project management for electrical onsite support in project BBAC MRA2_Z1. This was a large project of 3-model-mixed production line with more than 400 robots, 300 sets of jigs and 27 buffers to convey parts between each sections. Many advanced and complicated riveting technologies were applied in this project, including over 70 Clinchen, 1 FLS, 9 Impact, 89 HSN, as well as 46 common and 10 aluminum stud welding equipments. Devices of laser Robscan and wire filling fusion welding were also put into use in MARII project. Laser photographic equipments of welding and gluing quality guarantee the timely and efficient quality monitoring.
